Nucifera Batch 1 (2019)

Hawaiian-Inspired Barrel-Aged Stout with Coconut, Macadamia Nut & Vanilla
12.3% ABV, 22oz

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE. COCONUT. BARREL CHARACTER.

Nucifera will truly excite the senses, showcasing incredible barrel character and Aloha-inspired flavors. This beer was aged in freshly-emptied bourbon barrels to pull notes of spice, black treacle, and a hint of dark cherry. It is then layered with raw organic coconut, hand-toasted macadamia nuts from San Diego County, and organic Tahitian vanilla bean. Luxurious and dark chocolate-mousse-like, send your taste buds on a vacation with this bodacious liquid.

 

Enchiridion Batch 1 (2021) 

Reserve Imperial Stout, A Blend of Single, Double & Triple Bourbon Barrel-aged Stouts
13.7% ABV, 500ml

BOURBON. FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE TORTE. TOASTED OAK.

This reserve imperial stout was inspired by the process of making Lief, our Méthode Traditionelle - 3-year blend. Similarly, it's a blend of one-, two-, and three-year-old beer. In total, this stout aged in six bourbon barrels! Long-awaited bourbon complexity arises with aromas of crème brûlée, toasted oak, and wildflower honey, while flavors of flourless chocolate torte, fig, vanilla bean, and lingering oak tannins delight the palate. Cheers to this silky and decadent celebration of bourbon barrels—perhaps the first of its kind.

Imperial Stout with Maple Syrup & Coffee
11.6% ABV, 22 oz

RICH MAPLE. COFFEE. BAKLAVA.

An imperial stout with organic, extra dark maple syrup from Vermont and organic Villa de Zamora coffee from Peru, this brew packs a distinctive punch. With a jet-black color and tan head, it imparts flavors of milk chocolate, baklava, and nuttiness from the freshly roasted coffee. A velvety and decadent full body will make you question whether it is real and magical, or just an illusion.
