Where do you ship?
Currently we ship beer within California only. We DO ship merchandise to all states within the US.
How does the shipping work?
Beginning January 1, 2023, we will only ship on Thursdays each week. Beer will be sent next-day delivery and merchandise will ship via USPS. Our beer shipping cutoff time is Thursday at noon (for Friday delivery). For example, if you place an order Thursday night, it will ship the following Thursday.
Do I have to be 21+ to order and receive my delivery?
Yes, you must be 21 or older to purchase beer and someone 21 or older must be available to sign for the package. No exceptions and you cannot give your ID to someone underage to sign. Carriers will not leave packages unattended. After three unsuccessful attempts your shipment will be returned to sender.
How much does shipping cost?
Beer: $18 flat rate for all beer orders under $200. For orders over $200, shipping is included.
Merchandise: Free for orders over $50! For orders under $50, the shipping costs are calculated using the standard USPS rates.
How do I track my order?
You will get a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships with a tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for unused and unworn merchandise items within 30 days of order receipt. After that, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for return, goods must be non-alcohol, non-sale items in the same condition as they were upon shipment, and unused/unworn.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If exchanging for another item, we will ship the replacement item free of charge. Taproom exchanges may be made based on inventory availability; please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm availability and make exchange arrangements.
If item was damaged or broken in transit, email us at email@example.com with the details and a photo of the damaged/incorrect order and we’ll make it right!
For all other returns or exchanges, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, reason for return, and request for exchange or refund, then ship your items back to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Responsibly crafted by artisans in Cigondewah, Indonesia, these Topiku hats are made with 95% up-cycled and recycled materials. They are a true case study in recycling: The top button is made from metal scraps collected by locals and melted down to shape; each leather patch is unique, coming from local belt and shoe-maker scraps; the brim is made from plastic collected from beaches; and the fabrics are sourced from leftover curtain manufacturing. Topiku also uses GOTS-certified organic cotton.
