Where do you ship?
Currently we ship merchandise to all states within the US. Unfortunately, we do not ship beer direct to customers.
To find our beer to-go, visit one of our taprooms or use our beer locator.
How does the shipping work?
We ship each week on Thursday mornings. Merchandise is shipped via USPS.
How much does shipping cost?
Merchandise: Free for orders over $50! For orders under $50, the shipping costs are calculated using the standard USPS rates.
How do I track my order?
You will get a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships with a tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for unused and unworn merchandise items within 30 days of order receipt. After that, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for return, goods must be non-alcohol, non-sale items in the same condition as they were upon shipment, and unused/unworn.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If exchanging for another item, we will ship the replacement item free of charge. Taproom exchanges may be made based on inventory availability; please contact customer service at shop@purebrewing.org to confirm availability and make exchange arrangements.
If item was damaged or broken in transit, email us at shop@purebrewing.org with the details and a photo of the damaged/incorrect order and we’ll make it right!
For all other returns or exchanges, please email us at shop@purebrewing.org with your order number, reason for return, and request for exchange or refund, then ship your items back to:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
