Shadow Work is a new bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout infused with organic toasted coconut from the Philippines and organic Peruvian cacao (And, fun fact: it's our first coconut stout in two years!). A portion of this delectable brew was aged for 16 months in Cutwater bourbon barrels, while the remainder rested for 10 months in Kentucky Owl barrels, creating layers of complexity. Aromas of toasted coconut candy, chocolate ganache, and oak rise from the glass, setting the stage for rich tastes of Cajeta de Coco (coconut caramel), bourbon, and decadent toffee. The extended aging process imparts a world of flavors within the stout's luxurious, velvety mouthfeel—making each sip a true indulgence.
